Conflict is challenging, it can impact productivity at work, relationships at home and in the community, and learning at school. At CCJ we focus on the impact that conflict has on relationships and ways of repairing those relationships and the harm caused by conflict.

We live in unprecedented times with individuals, family members, co-workers, bosses, and employees holding positions that are polarized across social, emotional, political, and procedural divides. It seems as if there's very little that we have in common.
